ayurveda retreatFall Ayurveda Yoga Retreat
This retreat explores how Ayurvedic principles can deepen and inform yoga, meditation, and self-care during the transitional fall season. Led by Kripalu faculty Erin Casperson, participants will learn the theoretical foundations of seasonal practice while developing practical tools to maintain internal balance as the weather shifts. The program integrates asana, pranayama, and meditation with Ayurvedic wisdom about autumn's particular qualities—its cool, dry, and windy characteristics. Participants will cultivate sense-care practices rooted in seasonal attunement, spend time on Kripalu's grounds engaging with the five elements, and use journaling and reflection to anchor their learning. Whether fall energizes or depletes you, this retreat offers a framework for working with seasonal change as a natural rhythm rather than an obstacle.
