BE.SPIRIT FESTIVAL gathers seekers for three days of contemplative and somatic practices at Be.Spirit Farm in San Francisco. The program weaves together yoga and meditation sessions, Thai massage therapy, shamanic drumming, mindfulness workshops, movement explorations, healing work, tantric teachings, sacred poetry, and evening DJ sets. Participants share glamping accommodations and vegetarian meals throughout the weekend, creating a residential experience designed for both deepening individual practice and connecting with community.
