Cluster Leadership Retreat

Gather this autumn for a transformative weekend of leadership, collaboration, and spiritual growth at the Cluster Leadership Retreat. Held at the serene Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado, this in-person retreat brings together leaders from across multiple clusters to align vision, deepen connection, and co-create strategies for meaningful impact. Organized by Apostle Dr. Connie Brooks, Senior Pastor, this three-day experience is designed for those ready to elevate their leadership practice, learn from peers, and return to their communities refreshed and empowered.

Leadership development rooted in spiritual principle is not about chasing metrics—it's about cultivating presence, wisdom, and authentic influence. This retreat creates the container for that work: a dedicated space away from the everyday noise, filled with intentional conversation, team building, and brainstorming sessions designed to unlock new possibilities. Whether you're navigating complex organizational challenges, seeking to strengthen your team's cohesion, or called to deepen your own leadership grounded in spiritual values, this gathering offers both the practical tools and the reflective time you need.

The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center provides a beautiful, full-service setting to support your retreat experience. You'll have access to the venue's resources and amenities as you move through the weekend's curriculum of collaborative work, shared meals, and community building. This is an opportunity to step back, recalibrate, and return with renewed clarity and connection.
